I was born in Devon in the mid 1960s, I grew up on a farm, and love the countryside. I have travelled extensively, and also lived abroad for a short period of time. 

I have a varied career. My nursing career was a later calling and  during the Pandemic I was committed to my passion in Palliative Care, which flows gently onto the much needed Grief Support.

I have always been spiritual and have a connection to the land and elements, my healing journey has been an ongoing  natural part of my life. 

I am a passionate believer in Sisterhood collaboration and I hold a safe space for women. 

All off my modalities are communicated  honestly with compassion and  respect, holding space for you with healing and love.
